Here’s a topic that has come up regularly and we have even posted this same article a few years back… How to prevent staph or MRSA at the gym. Avoid the wipes for cleaning your hands, and go to the bathroom and wash them. Use the wipes on ALL your equipment. If you bleed on something, wipe it down. No tape on pull-ups bars. And in general, keep your DNA away from others’ DNA! Alcohol pumps are ok for antibacterial properties, but for cleaning your heads or cleaning a wound, you need soap and running water.
