If you’re new to CrossFit or fitness, our beginner’s CrossFit 101 course is the best place to start. These four classes cover the essentials of CrossFit and our gym, including our mission, vision, culture, foundational movements and skills, and nutrition for an active lifestyle. We recognize that CrossFit can be intimidating to new CrossFit athletes and this program serves as our platform to remove the intimidation and allow you to learn our lifts and moves in a non-threatening safe environment.

Classes & Services
A constantly varied workout structure with functional movements at high intensity, combining core strength and conditioning to create challenging workouts. The workout is different each day to improve your strength and conditioning, ultimately providing the best fitness and health possible.
A great opportunity to give our youth a safe and fun environment to work on health and fitness. This class will teach proper lifting techniques to support them in day-to-day activities as well as supplement any sport they are involved in.
Endurance CrossFit offers longer workouts that incorporate core strength, cardiovascular movements, and weightlifting to challenge athletes with a demanding physical stamina.
Improving an athlete’s understanding, refinement, and mastery of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. This program follows weekly progression that can be completed in addition to CrossFit WOD classes, or alone.
Open Gym is a non-coach led class, but athletes are welcome to work on a skill, try any workout, or lift weights. There will be a coach present to help or assist an athlete with questions or technique. Members must sign in for Open Gym as they would for any class.
