CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to optimize physical competence in ten recognized domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. New to CrossFit?
If you’re new to CrossFit or fitness, our beginner’s CrossFit 101 course is the best place to start. These four classes cover the essentials of CrossFit and our gym, including our mission, vision, culture, foundational movements and skills, and nutrition for an active lifestyle. We recognize that CrossFit can be intimidating to new CrossFit athletes and this program serves as our platform to remove the intimidation and allow you to learn our lifts and moves in a non-threatening safe environment.
