Our CrossFit Workout Of the Day is a constantly varied workout structure with functional movements at high intensity, combining core strength and conditioning to create challenging workouts. The workout is changing every day to test an athlete’s strength and conditioning, ultimately providing the best fitness and health possible.
We offer one-on-one CrossFit classes to anyone new to CrossFit or wanting a refresher on technique and form. In these sessions, coaches will work with athletes on standard movements found in workouts, as well as nutrition.
Open Gym is a non-coach led class, but athletes are welcome to work on a skill, try any workout, or lift weights. There will be a coach present to help or assist an athlete with questions or technique. Members must sign in for Open Gym as they would for any class.
Endurance CrossFit offers longer workouts that incorporate core strength, cardiovascular movements, and weightlifting to challenge athletes with a demanding physical stamina.
The Teens CrossFit program is a great opportunity to give our youth a safe and fun environment to work on health and fitness. This class will teach proper lifting techniques to support them in day-to-day activities as well as supplement any sport they are involved in. Ages 12 – 17 welcome.
Oly aims at improving an athlete’s understanding, refinement, and mastery of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. This program follows weekly progression that can be completed in addition to CrossFit WOD classes, or alone. Whether you are gearing up for competition, or don’t know the difference between a Push Jerk and Snatch balance, this class is for you!
During holidays, we use Saturday class hours. These days include: New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Eve.
We are closed in observation of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and John Burrow’s birthday (just kidding).
