Thank you Kirkland CrossFit community!!! Today’s Saturday WOD was a fundraiser to raise money to build two houses for Homes for Hope. Both the Burrow and Vick families from our gym, will be part of the build team during the Thanksgiving week. Our team is responsible for raising money for the build, each home is $6500 and any money we raise above the build cost will Go towards furnishing the homes. YES!! We are still accepting tax deductible donations: checks payable to our 501 (c)(3) we have through our gym, Kirkland Fitness Foundation, or to our nonprofit PayPal account to firstname.lastname@example.org.

After the run, one partner begins pull ups while the other partner holds a plank. There is no minimum rep requirement for each person, but only count as long as partner is in a plank. Once pull ups are complete team moves on to push ups. Same concept, one person works on the push ups while the other person hold the weighted bar. Then planks during sit ups, and bar during the squats.
