Today we found our 1 rep max in he clean and after many weeks of working the hang power clean and hang squat clean we saw many PR’s. I F$&@ing love PR’s. One of my favorites from today was Ryan G’s, hitting 265 lbs. Next week you can plan on us getting into more cleans and progressing into the jerk and going back to some Wendler deadlifts and back squats. Stay warm!
